All AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) now count toward the same usage limit. Free users get 20 messages monthly, Pro users get 100 monthly, and Max users get 200 monthly. This simplified system gives you access to all our AI models within your plan's limits.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to additional features and message allowances. If you downgrade, your new limits will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No, unused messages do not roll over to the next month. Your message allowance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle for all plans.
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but our Free plan gives you access to core features with 20 monthly messages using any AI model. This allows you to experience Aura before committing to a paid subscription. You can upgrade to Pro or Max anytime if you need more messages or premium features.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay for subscription payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
